These massages are considered "full body" and typically cover the entire back of the body. (Head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, back of legs and feet.) These are great for relaxation, melting tension, and increasing blood flow to the heart.

90 Minute Massage

This massage service is deemed as total body relaxation. These sessions have the benefits of the 60 min, but give your body longer time to relax and further aids in reducing stress levels, tension and anxiety. This goes beyond a general massage and includes specific work and full body relaxation.

30 Minute Prenatal Massage

A customized massage designed to help pregnant women relax, relieve pain and improve their overall well-being. Similar to a Swedish (traditional) massage that uses a variety of strokes to help relax the body and improve circulation, but with some modifications including body pillows.

used to help relieve and melt muscle tension/pain. hot stones warm and relax the muscles to further help with stress and anxiety. the warmth is extremely comforting and helps increase/promote better sleep. they are immune boosting and aids in restoring balance and self healing.

Foot Treatment Upgrade

similar to a face mask, foot mask are designed to hydrate, nourish and lock moisture into the skin. your foot is slipped into a warm mask + covered by a hot towel for extra warmth + moisture. the mask sits on your feet before a more focused foot/reflexology massage is given.

Warm Bamboo Upgrade

gently warmed and solid bamboo sticks are applied to give deeper massage strokes to better break down tension and stretch tight muscles. this sort of massage has similar benefits to hot stone therapy, but allows a deeper pressure massage.

Hand Treatment Upgrade
